I sold out of Realty Income (NYSE: O) in a personal account. It was just too high and I made a lot on it. I took those proceeds, plus some other cash from dividends and a deposit, and put that all into W.P. Carey (NYSE: WPC), a multinational office REIT. WP Carey is at its lows, but I believe that a restructure could really unlock a lot of value. In the mean time, WP Carey has a 7.2% dividend which is very sustainable, based off long-lived rent contracts with high-quality tenants of mission-critical facilities.
